Chairman
Temasek Holdings
Mr Dhanabalan started his career in the Singapore Civil Service in 1960 and later served in the Economic Development Board, the government investment promotion agency, from 1961-1968. He was part of a small group that established the Development Bank of Singapore where he served from 1968-1978. He entered politics in 1976 and held a number of cabinet positions - Minister for Foreign Affairs (1980-88), Minister for Culture (1981-84), Minister for Community Development (1984-86), Minister for National Development (1987-92) and Minister for Trade and Industry (1992-93).
Mr Dhanabalan was Chairman of Singapore Airlines (1996-98), Chairman, DBS Group Holdings Ltd (1999-2005), and Director, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (1981- 2005). He is currently Chairman, Temasek Holdings, Member of the Council of Presidential Advisers and Member of the Presidential Council for Minority Rights.

Mr Hasegawa joined Takeda Chemical Industries in 1970 after graduating from Waseda University, Tokyo. He was appointed President of TAP Pharmaceuticals, Chicago, in 1993 and elected as a Member of the Board of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company in 1999. Mr Hasegawa was General Manager of Takeda's Pharmaceutical International Division and Corporate Strategy and Planning Department prior to being appointed as President in 2003. He was concurrently appointed to be the Chief Executive Officer in June 2009.
Founded in 1781, Takeda is Japan's largest pharmaceutical company, with net sales of over US$15 billion and more than 19,000 employees worldwide in the year ending on March 31, 2009. Takeda is also recognized for its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility

Lynda Gratton is Professor of Management Practice at London Business School and founder of the Hot Spots Movement. She has written six books and numerous academic articles and is considered one of the world's authorities on people in organizations. She has received numerous awards including, "top 20 business thinkers in the world today", "business thinker most likely to make a difference over the next decade" and in the top two of "HR Top 100: Most Influential" and actively advises companies across the world.
Lynda has also received a number of awards for her research and writing.

Prof Pant teaches strategy formulation - including competitive positioning, alliances, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions in the context of rapidly globalizing environments. He also teaches execution - dealing with issues of aligning structures, processes and people to strategic intent.
As an ex-consultant, Narayan maintains a special interest in professional service firms and service industries including, healthcare and financial services. He has taught Directors and senior executives of private and public-sector firms, PhD students, MBAs and undergraduates. Today, most of his teaching is with senior executives of global firms.

Mr Casey's responsibilities include supervising the development of content, talent and the program schedule. He was responsible for the successful relaunch of CNBC Asia Pacific's morning programming schedule and was instrumental in revamping the Singapore studio and developing the CNBC bureau in Sydney. Mr Casey was previously with CNBC Europe in London. He has more than a decade of experience in producing business and financial news programs and managing news networks. He developed the successful Worldwide Exchange format - the world's first global, tri-anchored, live newscast, broadcast simultaneously from Asia, Europe and the United States.

Mr Kwan took on the role of Executive Director, Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) on 1 Feb 2010. HCLI seeks to become the premier institution for raising human capital management capabilities in Asia, and it is set up as a strategic alliance between the Ministry of Manpower and Singapore Management University. Chee Wei graduated from the University of Leeds, UK, with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology). He also holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK.
Mr Kwan started his career with the Applied Behavioural Sciences Department, Singapore Armed Forces. He then went on to the private sector as Managing Director, SHL South East Asia; Regional Director (Human Capital Consulting Group), Watson Wyatt Worldwide; and Chief Human Resources Officer, IMC Corporation Limited. Prior to joining HCLI, he was Head, Strategic HR with RGE Pte Ltd.
