We welcome entries from all organisations with operations in Asia. Entries can be on a self-nomination or peer-nomination basis. Application form will be available from 1 October 2010 onwards. The form must be completed in English and submitted to awardsecretariat@mom.gov.sg by 1 March 2011.
Applicants should also email the secretariat to indicate interest in applying before submitting entry.
To nominate an organisation, email the award secretariat stating reasons for the nomination. The secretariat will follow up with the nominated organisation to put up the application. Anonymous nominations will not be accepted.
Successful entries should demonstrate the following qualities in their people practice:
- Alignment of people practice to business strategy;
- Innovation in developing and contextualizing the people practice to address local needs;
- High quality in execution; and
- Significant impact on business outcomes.
Entries must be endorsed by your Chief Executive Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, or their equivalent.
Entry is free and all applicants will receive two complimentary passes to the Singapore Human Capital Summit Award Forum in 2010.
