The Distinguished HR Visitors Programme (DHRVP) is an exclusive programme that invites international human capital experts to visit Singapore to share the latest developments on HR and leadership with the business and HR communities to raise capabilities in this field.
Through these visits, the experts interact with business and HR leaders and managers in Singapore at the public forums, masterclasses, breakfast/lunch events organised by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Howard Gardner is the John H. and Elisabeth A. Hobbs Professor of Cognition and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He has received honorary degrees from twenty-two colleges and universities, including institutions in Chile, Ireland, Israel, and Italy. The author of over twenty books translated into twenty-seven languages, and several hundred articles, Gardner is best known in educational circles for his theory of multiple intelligences. Jeffrey Pfeffer, the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. Lynda Gratton was voted second in the HR Magazine's HR Top 100 Most Influential list in 2007. She is the Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School (LBS). A trained psychologist, Prof Gratton had worked as an occupational psychologist for British Airways, and subsequently as the Director of HR Strategy for PA Consulting before joining the LBS. As the founder of the Hot Spots Movement, innovation has always been a key consideration in Prof Gratton's research. In 2008, Prof Gratton, together with her colleague Andreas Voigt, began an analysis of the current productive and innovative strengths of teams in Singapore. They also piloted and developed an exciting set of tools and techniques aimed at boosting the performance and innovation of these teams. The research focused on teams because collaborative work is crucial for organisations to increase their bottom-line impact in a highly interconnected business world.

Patrick Wright, William J. Conaty Professor of Strategic Human Resources and Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University.
