Ms Nilamsari is Marketing Director and founder of Baba Rafi Group, the culinary franchise business from Indonesia. The business, established eight years ago, has developed into three franchise brands - Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, Piramizza, and Ayam Bakar Mas Mono. There are now more than 750 outlets established across Indonesia, with a staff strength of about 1500.
Ms Nilamsari studied in Communication Science from Airlangga University (Indonesia) and is now pursuing her postgraduate at IPMI Business School (The Indonesian Institute for Management Development).

Mr Leo Yip joined the Singapore public service in 1982 as a police officer. He holds degrees from Cambridge University, Warwick University and Harvard University. In 2000 he was appointed Principal Private Secretary to Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew till 2002 when he joined the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as Deputy Secretary. He served concurrently as Chief Executive of Singapore Workforce Development Agency from 2003. Mr Yip was appointed Permanent Secretary of MOM in July 2005. He was concurrently appointed Chairman of the EDB in July 2009. Mr Yip relinquished his MOM appointment in October 2009 to be full-time EDB Chairman.

He graduated in philosophy from Singapore and Canada. He was listed in the top 100 public intellectuals in the world by Foreign Policy and Prospect magazines, in Financial Times list of Top 50 individuals who would shape the debate on the future of capitalism and one of the top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy. Dr Hans-Paul Bürkner has been President and Chief Executive Officer since 2003. He joined the firm in 1981 and was a member of the teams that opened BCG's Düsseldorf (1982) and Frankfurt (1991) offices. Before becoming the firm's first Chief Executive Officer from Europe, he was head of BCG's global Financial Services practice. During his 30 years at BCG, he has counted among his clients many of the world's leading financial institutions. Dr Bürkner studied Economics, Business Administration, and Chinese. Mr Scott Price assumed his role as President and Chief Executive Officer for Walmart Asia on October 15, 2009. Mr Price is responsible for the company's current operations in Asia, including China, Japan and India, as well as business development in Asia. Walmart has a significant presence in Asia with more than 100,000 associates.
Mr Price most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of DHL Express Europe. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer, DHL Express Asia Pacific. Before joining DHL, he spent a decade with the Coca-Cola Co. During that period, he assumed various roles which included country leader in Japan, and as Director and Country Manager in China.
A U.S. native, Mr Price earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of North Carolina. He also holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Asian studies from the University of Virginia.

Mr Magnus Böcker joined SGX as Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2009. He currently serves as a non-independent director on the SGX Board.
Mr Böcker has over two decades of leadership experience in the exchange industry, including being president of NASDAQ OMX during 2008 and 2009, spearheading the creation of OMX (the Nordic Exchanges Company), and subsequently playing a key role in the merger of OMX and Nasdaq in 2008.
During his tenure with OMX, Mr Böcker served in various capacities, including Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating Offier and President of the OMX Technology division, before he became Chief Executive Officer of OMX AB in 2003. Under his leadership, OMX became the world's largest provider of technology solutions for exchanges, clearing organisations and securities depositories.
Mr Böcker is currently a member of 'The Mount Sinai Hospital Surgery Advisory Board' in New York.

Mr Kim joined P&G in 1986 in the US Fabric and Home care business then had assignments in Korea, Japan before returning to Cincinnati as General Manager, Beauty Care Global Business Unit. He returned to P&G Korea as its Vice President in 2003 till his current appointment as Vice President, ASEAN and Asia Development Markets in 2008.

Mr Willie Tham has been Managing Director and Head of Commercial Banking for HSBC in Singapore. Prior to joining HSBC Singapore, Mr Tham was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Thailand from 2007 to 2010. Before taking up his role in Thailand, he was Chief Operating Officer of HSBC China, where he helped establish the infrastructure for the bank's current rapid expansion in China. Mr Tham joined the HSBC Group in 1985 as an International Manager and has worked in Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Malaysia, Qatar, the USA and the United Kingdom. He graduated with First Class Honours from Imperial College, London where he read civil engineering.

Professor Narayan Pant is Professor of Management Practice in Strategy at INSEAD. He works mostly with executives, though he has worked with undergraduates, MBAs and Ph.D. students over his career. He is currently the Academic Director of INSEAD's Advanced Management Programme, and has been Dean of Executive Education at INSEAD.
Professor Narayan helps companies formulate and implement strategy. He has worked with companies in Asia, Europe and the Americas; on projects with boards of companies, senior management teams, and high potentials. Many of his projects in strategy execution involve bringing about valuable organizational transformations through addressing skills and behaviours in key target groups of managers.

Mr Liew Mun Leong is President and Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Group, South East Asia largest public real estate group. He is also the Chairman of Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd and sits on the Board of Singapore Exchange Limited.
Mr Liew has 40 years of experience in construction, development and real estate in Singapore and international markets. In addition, he had led an industrial research and national standardisation organisation and was elected President of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) from 1997 to 1998.
In 2006, Mr Liew was named Outstanding CEO of the Year in the Singapore Business Awards. In 2007, he was conferred the CEO of the Year award in The Business Times' Singapore Corporate Awards. In 2008, Mr Liew was named Asia's Best Executive of 2008 (Singapore) by Asiamoney and Best CEO in Asia (Property) by Institutional Investor. In 2011, he was named Best CEO in Singapore by FinanceAsia.
Mr Liew graduated from the University of Singapore with a Civil Engineering degree and is a registered professional civil engineer.

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Lenovo Emerging Markets Group, Mr Howie Lau oversees branding, demand-generation and public relations for diverse markets including ASEAN, North Asia, India, Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Brazil.
Prior, as General Manager of Lenovo ASEAN, Mr Lau managed Lenovo's business across 10 countries and was responsible for business operations, strategy development, talent management, sales and marketing.
Mr Lau graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business. He serves on the Executive Council for Singapore Computer Society and Singapore IT Federation, and was conferred the prestigious NUS Eminent Business Alumni Award for his contribution to the IT industry.

Mr Gerry Ablaza was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Manila Water Company on June 30, 2010.
Mr Ablaza was President and Chief Executive Officer of Globe Telecom, Inc. from 1998 to April 2009. During this period, he took the company from being the fourth-ranked mobile services provider to the second-largest full-service telecom operator with a subscriber base of 25 million in 2008.
Mr Ablaza graduated summa cum laude from De La Salle University in 1974 with a degree in Liberal Arts, Major in Mathematics (Honors Program). In May 2004, he was the first Filipino Chief Executive Officer to receive the prestigious Asia Business Leader of the Year Award.

Mr Girija Pande is Chairman for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Asia Pacific. He has an oversight responsibility for overseeing TCS' growth and operations in the region. He is also the Vice Chairman of TCS JV with the Chinese Government in Bejing and serves as the Economic Advisor to the Mayor of Guangzhou.
Prior to TCS, Mr Pande worked closely with the banking and financial sector for over two decades across Asia. He was Executive Chairman of ANZ Grindlays Asset Management Company and was instrumental in its launch in India in 2000.
Mr Pande is a graduate engineer with an MBA from India's premier business school, IIM Ahmedabad. He is on the Board of Trustees of Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) and the steering committee of the Singapore Government's International Enterprise – Network India Group.
Mr Pande was recently awarded the "Leading CEO Award" by the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

Mr Sim Soon Ngee, Glenndle, is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Mencast Holdings Ltd. Mr Sim is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning, operations and marketing of the Group. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Business Administration and later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware in the USA. Mr Sim also attended the Cast Metal Institute Inc. (USA) in 1996 and completed the certification curriculum in General Foundry Technology and Non-Ferrous Metals Technology. Mr Sim was appointed to the Board on 30 January 2008 and was appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Board on 9 October 2009.
Group Human Resources Director
Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR)
Mr Timothy Sebastian joined A*STAR on 1st December 2004 and is currently the Group Director of Human Resource. Prior to this appointment, Mr Sebastian was the Deputy Executive Director of the A*STAR Graduate Academy.
Mr Sebastian started his career with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in 1987 where he held various roles culminating in his appointment as Regional Director for Europe.
Mr Sebastian has been involved in many national level policy review exercises, including the Competitiveness of Singapore Committee and Committee to Attract Talent to Singapore. He is currently a member of the Public Service's Organizational Excellence Committee (OEC).
For his contributions, Mr Sebastian was awarded the Public Administration Medal in 2004 and Long Service Medal in 2010 by the Government of Singapore.

Unilever Asia
Mr Sumeet Salwan is Vice President Human Resource, South East Asia & Australasia, which covers 11 countries in the region through 6 operating company Human Resource teams. He is the Human Resources Business Partner to Unilever's regional functions and is responsible for functional business partnering and capability building across Asia, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe.
Mr Salwan is a graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi followed by an MBA in Human Resources from the Xaviers Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) in India.
Mr Salwan started his career with Unilever in India where he spent nearly 10 years. In his last job there, he led Human Resources for the Foods business. Thereafter, he has worked in Rotterdam, London and Singapore in various HR assignments with Regional and Global responsibilities.

Ms Supriti Bhandary heads Wipro's Asia-Pacific region Human resources function. She is also the Global head of Wipro's Workforce transition group.
Ms Bhandary has been with Wipro for the last sixteen years, and served in various roles which included providing leadership to the HR function for the Americas region of Wipro. Her specific interest and expertise is around change management and integration from mergers and acquisitions.
Ms Bhandary is a passionate champion of Wipro's initiatives around gender diversity (Women of Wipro). She also serves as the Chairperson of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee (PSHC) for Wipro Ltd and is a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.
Ms Bhandary holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
