Professor Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton's Center for Human Resources. He is a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower for Singapore and holds degrees in industrial relations from Cornell University and in labour economics from Oxford where he was a Fulbright Scholar. His recent books on managing talent, Indian business, and managing older workers are published by Harvard Business.

Mr Vinod Kumar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Tata Communications, (US$2.7bn revenues, 6500 employee, global telecom service provider operating in more than 50 countries).
 
Mr Kumar holds a wide range of cross-functional experience in the telecommunications industry. He has an impressive track record in developing business strategies and creating fast growth organisations in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Tata Communications, he was with Asia Netcom, WorldCom and Globalone.
 
Mr Kumar is active in the Singapore business circles with Board position in The Economic Development Board and the Human Capital Leadership Institute. He is also a member of the Governing Council of National Arts Council.

As President of Kraft Foods Asia Pacific, Mr Pradeep Pant leads the Kraft Foods organization across 15 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Kraft Foods is building a global snacks powerhouse with an unrivalled portfolio of brands people love such as Oreo, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Halls, and Philadelphia. The business manufactures and sells these power brands alongside a broad range of food and beverage products in the biscuits, chocolate, gum and candy, powdered beverages, cheese, and grocery categories. With over 30 years of experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, Mr Pant is an expert in building businesses in both mature and emerging markets.

Ms Nilamsari is Marketing Director and founder of Baba Rafi Group, the culinary franchise business from Indonesia. The business, established eight years ago, has developed into three franchise brands - Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, Piramizza, and Ayam Bakar Mas Mono. There are now more than 750 outlets established across Indonesia, with a staff strength of about 1500.

Ms Nilamsari studied in Communication Science from Airlangga University (Indonesia) and is now pursuing her postgraduate at IPMI Business School (The Indonesian Institute for Management Development).

She has received several entrepreneurship awards, both nationally and internationally such as 1st Winner Indonesia Young Woman Future Business Leader 2010 from SWA magazine.

Mr Leo Yip joined the Singapore public service in 1982 as a police officer. He holds degrees from Cambridge University, Warwick University and Harvard University.

In 2000 he was appointed Principal Private Secretary to Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew till 2002 when he joined the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as Deputy Secretary. He served concurrently as Chief Executive of Singapore Workforce Development Agency from 2003.

Mr Yip was appointed Permanent Secretary of MOM in July 2005. He was concurrently appointed Chairman of the EDB in July 2009. Mr Yip relinquished his MOM appointment in October 2009 to be full-time EDB Chairman.

Lynda Gratton is Professor of Management Practice at London Business School and founder of the Hot Spots Movement. She has written six books and numerous academic articles and is considered one of the world's authorities on people in organisations.

She has received numerous awards including, "Top 20 Business Thinkers in the world today", "business thinker most likely to make a difference over the next decade" and in the top two of "HR Top 100: Most Influential" and actively advises companies across the world.

Professor Gratton has also received a number of awards for her research and writing.

Professor De Meyer is President of Singapore Management University (SMU). Prior to his appointment at SMU in September 2010, he was Director of Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. He was associated for 23 years with INSEAD where he held various senior academic/administrative positions, including Founding Dean of INSEAD's Asia Campus in Singapore.

Professor De Meyer has an MSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Business Administration and a PhD in Management, all from the State University of Ghent in Belgium. Currently, he is a board member of the National Research Foundation and Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.

Dr Ram Charan is a highly acclaimed business advisor, speaker and author. He has coached some of the worlds' most successful Chief Executive Officers and consulted companies like GE, KLM, Bank of America, DuPont, Novartis, EMC, 3M, and Verizon.

Dr Charan holds an engineering degree and then MBA and doctorate degrees from Harvard Business School. He is known for his practical, real world perspective. His expertise includes leadership, succession and leadership pipeline and building top management teams.

Dr Charan was among Business Week's top ten resources for in-house executive development programs. He has published several books and written articles for Business Week, Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Time, Information Week, Leader to Leader, Director's Monthly, Directorship, The Corporate Board and USA Today.

Mrs Fang Ai Lian is the Chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Limited. Mrs Fang also chairs Human Capital Singapore and also serves as a Director in several companies, including Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Banyan Tree Holdings, Singapore Telecommunications, MediaCorp and Metro Holdings. She is a Member of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School of Singapore and the Singapore University of Technology and Design's Board of Trustees. Mrs Fang was previously with Ernst & Young ("E&Y") for the past 37 years where she last held the position of Chairman of E&Y Singapore until her retirement in 2008.

Mrs Fang is a staunch supporter of charities and social concerns and helms the Charity Council and Home Nursing Foundation.

Ms Siti Aishah Md Lassim is the Chief Human Resource Officer of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB). She first started her career in management consulting and later moved into Human Resources within the capital and financial markets. Prior to joining 1MDB, she has held various senior positions in Bursa Malaysia (Malaysia's National Bourse) and Maybank Group. She has achieved several Human Resources awards and recognition such as Asia's Best Employer Brands Awards 2010 - Human Resources Leadership Award and Asia HRD Congress Award 2009 - Contribution to Human Resources Community. During her tenure as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources in Maybank Group, the Group had received the following recognitions -Best Workplace Practices Award 2007 (Prime Minister's Award) and Malaysian Outstanding Human Resources Achievement Award 2006.

Ms Siti Aishah holds both Masters and Bachelor degrees in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University, USA. She is also certified in Hogan and Lominger Assessments Tools.

Mr Choo Chiau Beng is the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Corporation Ltd and is also the Chairman of Keppel Land Ltd, Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd and Keppel Energy Pte Ltd. He is a Colombo Plan Scholar with a First Class Honours degree and Master of Science in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He is an Alumni of Harvard Business School and a Wharton Society of Fellows Member. He sits on several Boards and committees including the Singapore University of Technology and Design's Board of Trustee. He was conferred the Public Service Star Award (BBM) (2004), The Meritorious Service Medal (2008) and NTUC Medal of Commendation (Gold) Award (2007). He is Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to Brazil.

Mr Rajeev Dubey is the President (Group Human Resources & After-Market) and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. His key focus areas are strategic Human Resources for the Group, the After-Market business whose three Chief Executive Officers report to him, Corporate Communications, Government Relations and Infrastructure. In addition, he is on the Boards of several Group companies. He also serves as Chairman of the Sustainability and CSR Councils of the Group.

Mr Dubey joined Mahindra's in January 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India.

Professor Kishore Mahbubani is the Dean and Professor in the Practice of Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKY SPP) at the National University of Singapore. Before this, he served in the Singapore Foreign Ministry, and twice as Singapore's Ambassador to the UN. He has published and spoken internationally. He graduated in philosophy from Singapore and Canada. He was listed in the top 100 public intellectuals in the world by Foreign Policy and Prospect magazines, in Financial Times list of Top 50 individuals who would shape the debate on the future of capitalism and one of the top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy. His articles have appeared in journals and newspapers, including Foreign Affairs, Time, and The New York Times.

Dr Jiang Junlu is the Head of the Labor and Employment Law Department of KING & WOOD PRC Lawyers. He was the leader of an expert team to help the Chinese government draft the PRC Employment Contract Law. Dr Jiang serves as the Chair of the Labor and Social Security Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association, as well as the Vice President of Beijing Lawyers Association. He was one of the first three individuals who acquired a doctorate degree in labor and employment law in China. His publications include Guide of Chinese Labor Laws (Beijing Volume) (published by CCH, WoltersKluwer, 2006).

Ms Elisa Wong leads the Human Resources and Training functions at Hilti and focuses on leadership identification and development; talent attraction, retention and motivation; executive coaching and mentoring; and workforce planning.

Prior to joining Hilti, Ms Wong has over 18 years Human Resources experience spanning various industries including Transportation, Financial Services, Human Resources consulting, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Construction. She has worked for companies such as KPMG, HSBC, Nortel Networks, Avery Dennison, Saville & Holdwsorth and MTRC.

Ms Wong graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and a Masters degree in Economics.

Ms Dora Hang currently serves as China Human Resources Director of Tenneco China. She joined Tenneco in 2007. Prior to Tenneco, she held various Human Resources management positions with progressive responsibilities at Hyster Forklift, Eaton Fluid Power, Bayer Material Science which brings her a wealth of experience and keen understanding of Strategic Management of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Integration, Compensation and Benefits Structure Design and Human Resources Planning areas.
 
In 2008, 2009 and 2010, her team won "China's Top 100 best HRM company" by 51 job and "Best Practice in Engagement & Retention" awarded by China Staff Magazine in 2009. Besides, Tenneco China also won the China's Top Employers for year 2009, 2010 and 2011. Ms Hang holds a bachelor's degree in Industry Economics Management from Renmin University of China.

Dr Hans-Paul Bürkner has been President and Chief Executive Officer since 2003. He joined the firm in 1981 and was a member of the teams that opened BCG's Düsseldorf (1982) and Frankfurt (1991) offices. Before becoming the firm's first Chief Executive Officer from Europe, he was head of BCG's global Financial Services practice.

During his 30 years at BCG, he has counted among his clients many of the world's leading financial institutions. He has worked with them to redefine their strategies, spearheaded major global expansion initiatives, and supported them in fundamental restructurings.

Dr Bürkner studied Economics, Business Administration, and Chinese. He has also received a Diploma from the University of Bochum, an MA from Yale University, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Today he is based in both Frankfurt and New York, and travels extensively among BCG's global offices.

Ms Rukmi Hadihartini was previously Refining Director of Pertamina, an Indonesia State-Owned oil and gas company. In 2010, she becomes the Human Resources Director and is responsible for managing people development, culture change, excellent human resources services delivery and learning center. Her passion dedicated to Pertamina is to establish comprehensive and responsive human resources programs and services to grow talent in the company. Under her leadership, Human Resource Directorate becomes a business partner for business lines in Pertamina.

Ms Hadihartini is the chairman of Indonesian Human Capital Forum whose members are the Human Resources Directors of the State-Owned Enterprises of Indonesia.

Mr Scott Price assumed his role as President and Chief Executive Officer for Walmart Asia on October 15, 2009. Mr Price is responsible for the company's current operations in Asia, including China, Japan and India, as well as business development in Asia. Walmart has a significant presence in Asia with more than 100,000 associates.

Mr Price most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of DHL Express Europe. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer, DHL Express Asia Pacific. Before joining DHL, he spent a decade with the Coca-Cola Co. During that period, he assumed various roles which included country leader in Japan, and as Director and Country Manager in China.

A U.S. native, Mr Price earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of North Carolina. He also holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Asian studies from the University of Virginia.

Mr Magnus Böcker joined SGX as Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2009. He currently serves as a non-independent director on the SGX Board.

Mr Böcker has over two decades of leadership experience in the exchange industry, including being president of NASDAQ OMX during 2008 and 2009, spearheading the creation of OMX (the Nordic Exchanges Company), and subsequently playing a key role in the merger of OMX and Nasdaq in 2008.

During his tenure with OMX, Mr Böcker served in various capacities, including Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating Offier and President of the OMX Technology division, before he became Chief Executive Officer of OMX AB in 2003. Under his leadership, OMX became the world's largest provider of technology solutions for exchanges, clearing organisations and securities depositories.

Mr Böcker is currently a member of 'The Mount Sinai Hospital Surgery Advisory Board' in New York.

Ms Deb Loveridge was appointed to the newly created role of Managing Director - Asia Pacific of global specialist recruitment and human resources services group and Fortune 500 company, Randstad in March 2011. With a focus on rapid expansion of Randstad's Asia Pacific business, Ms Loveridge is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of Randstad's Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand operations.

Ms Loveridge was a founding member of Randstad's Australian operations back in May 1988. For the past 23 years, she has been dedicated to the development of the recruitment and human resources services industry, and to the attraction and retention of best talent for employers across the Asia Pacific region.

As Vice President, ASEAN and Asia Development Markets, P&G, Mr Samuel Kim is responsible for leading the operation of ASEAN countries, as well as emerging markets like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal. He is based in Singapore.

Mr Kim joined P&G in 1986 in the US Fabric and Home care business then had assignments in Korea, Japan before returning to Cincinnati as General Manager, Beauty Care Global Business Unit. He returned to P&G Korea as its Vice President in 2003 till his current appointment as Vice President, ASEAN and Asia Development Markets in 2008.

Mr Kim was just elected as a Governor, AMCHAM Singapore. He is currently serving on the Asia Alumni Council for Phillips Academy (Andover), and also recently joined the Board of Trustees, North Country School, New York.

Ms Imelda Centeno is a recognised name in the Philippine Human Resources Profession and has over 20 years of work experience in various facets of human resources management and has proven expertise in aligning people practices to overall business strategy. She was a key driver for several recognitions awarded to Unilab including Best in Class Global Practice from American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for Unilab's Performance Alignment and Management System in 2010. Also, through her astute guidance, Unilab has been recognised as the first and only recipient of the esteemed Philippine Quality Award (PQA) in 2008. Prior to her stint at Unilab, she held concurrent positions at Johnson & Johnson Philippines as Human Resources Director for Philippines and Human Resources Director for ASEAN.

Ms Olivia Lum is Group President & CEO and founder of the Hyflux Group. A former Nominated Member of Singapore Parliament, Ms Lum holds several positions in the public service and sits on the board of various organizations. She is a member of the Singapore-Tianjin Economic & Trade Council, and the Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council as well as the President of the Singapore Compact for Corporate Social Responsibility. In June 2011, she was accorded the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year 2011, in Monte Carlo.

Mr Jean-Luc Butel was named Executive Vice President and Group President for Medtronic's International operations on 31 August 2009. In this role, he oversees all international business operations. Mr Butel holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and a Master's of International Business Degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Mr Butel is past Chairman of the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Subcommittee at The American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He is currently serving as US-Japan Business Council Chairman and a Board member of Weigao Group. For the past eight years he has served as a member of Medtronic's Executive Committee.

Mr Lucas Chow joined Far East Organization (FEO) in June 2011 providing strategic counsel to the group on new business growth and brand development.

Before joining FEO, Mr Chow was the Chief Executive Officer of MediaCorp, a leading media company in the region.

Mr Chow started his career with Hewlett Packard after he graduated from the University of Aston, Birmingham (United Kingdom) with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree. He later joined SingTel in 1998 and was the Chief Executive Officer of SingTel Mobile and Executive Vice President for Consumer Business and Corporate Business.

An active leader in the business, media and telecommunications communities, Mr Chow chairs the Singapore Health Promotion Board and sits on various boards of directors and advisory committees.

Mr Willie Tham has been Managing Director and Head of Commercial Banking for HSBC in Singapore. Prior to joining HSBC Singapore, Mr Tham was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Thailand from 2007 to 2010. Before taking up his role in Thailand, he was Chief Operating Officer of HSBC China, where he helped establish the infrastructure for the bank's current rapid expansion in China. Mr Tham joined the HSBC Group in 1985 as an International Manager and has worked in Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Malaysia, Qatar, the USA and the United Kingdom. He graduated with First Class Honours from Imperial College, London where he read civil engineering.

Professor Narayan Pant is Professor of Management Practice in Strategy at INSEAD. He works mostly with executives, though he has worked with undergraduates, MBAs and Ph.D. students over his career. He is currently the Academic Director of INSEAD's Advanced Management Programme, and has been Dean of Executive Education at INSEAD.

Professor Narayan helps companies formulate and implement strategy. He has worked with companies in Asia, Europe and the Americas; on projects with boards of companies, senior management teams, and high potentials. Many of his projects in strategy execution involve bringing about valuable organizational transformations through addressing skills and behaviours in key target groups of managers.

Mr Russell Tham was appointed Regional President of South East Asia at Applied Materials Inc. in January 2009, where he represents Applied's business and operational interest in Singapore which include various regional headquarter functions, sales and service units and semiconductor equipment manufacturing. He is also Vice President of Corporate Sales Operations where he is in charge of sales enablement and corporate order management supporting the company's sales organizations worldwide

Mr Tham also serves on the Regional Advisory Board for the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) Association in Singapore.

Prior to joining Applied Materials, Mr Tham was a product and manufacturing engineer at Compaq Computer Corporation in Asia.

Mr Tham received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Liew Mun Leong is President and Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Group, South East Asia largest public real estate group. He is also the Chairman of Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd and sits on the Board of Singapore Exchange Limited.

Mr Liew has 40 years of experience in construction, development and real estate in Singapore and international markets. In addition, he had led an industrial research and national standardisation organisation and was elected President of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) from 1997 to 1998.

In 2006, Mr Liew was named Outstanding CEO of the Year in the Singapore Business Awards. In 2007, he was conferred the CEO of the Year award in The Business Times' Singapore Corporate Awards. In 2008, Mr Liew was named Asia's Best Executive of 2008 (Singapore) by Asiamoney and Best CEO in Asia (Property) by Institutional Investor. In 2011, he was named Best CEO in Singapore by FinanceAsia.

Mr Liew graduated from the University of Singapore with a Civil Engineering degree and is a registered professional civil engineer.

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Lenovo Emerging Markets Group, Mr Howie Lau oversees branding, demand-generation and public relations for diverse markets including ASEAN, North Asia, India, Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Brazil.

Prior, as General Manager of Lenovo ASEAN, Mr Lau managed Lenovo's business across 10 countries and was responsible for business operations, strategy development, talent management, sales and marketing.

Mr Lau graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business. He serves on the Executive Council for Singapore Computer Society and Singapore IT Federation, and was conferred the prestigious NUS Eminent Business Alumni Award for his contribution to the IT industry.

Mr Gerry Ablaza was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Manila Water Company on June 30, 2010.

Mr Ablaza was President and Chief Executive Officer of Globe Telecom, Inc. from 1998 to April 2009. During this period, he took the company from being the fourth-ranked mobile services provider to the second-largest full-service telecom operator with a subscriber base of 25 million in 2008.

Mr Ablaza graduated summa cum laude from De La Salle University in 1974 with a degree in Liberal Arts, Major in Mathematics (Honors Program). In May 2004, he was the first Filipino Chief Executive Officer to receive the prestigious Asia Business Leader of the Year Award.

Ms Hamidah Naziadin is the Head of Group Corporate Resources with regional responsibility over human resources, administration, property management, sports and recreation, and corporate social responsibility which unite 39,000 employees across the region. She also oversees the Commerce Leadership Institute, established to nurture talents and build future visionary leaders.

Ms Hamidah has over 25 years experience in human resources in the financial industry. She had led the team at CIMB to win numerous awards, placing CIMB as the Employer of Choice. For her outstanding contributions in Human Resource Development, she was awarded the "HR Community Award" at the Asia HRD Congress 2009.

Mr Vineet Nayar is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Technologies Ltd. (HCLT), a $3.5bn global IT services company and author of the highly acclaimed management book "Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down" (Harvard Business Press).

Under Mr Nayar's leadership, HCLT has been named "Best Employer" in India and Asia by Hewitt Associates, "Best Employer in UK" by CRF Institute, "Workforce Management Optimas Award for Human Resources Innovation" in U.S. and among world's "Most Democratic Workplaces" by WorldBlu. BusinessWeek has named HCLT as "one of the world's most influential companies" while Fortune recognized it as "the world's most modern management."

Mr Girija Pande is Chairman for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Asia Pacific. He has an oversight responsibility for overseeing TCS' growth and operations in the region. He is also the Vice Chairman of TCS JV with the Chinese Government in Bejing and serves as the Economic Advisor to the Mayor of Guangzhou.

Prior to TCS, Mr Pande worked closely with the banking and financial sector for over two decades across Asia. He was Executive Chairman of ANZ Grindlays Asset Management Company and was instrumental in its launch in India in 2000.

Mr Pande is a graduate engineer with an MBA from India's premier business school, IIM Ahmedabad. He is on the Board of Trustees of Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) and the steering committee of the Singapore Government's International Enterprise – Network India Group.

Mr Pande was recently awarded the "Leading CEO Award" by the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

Mr Sim Soon Ngee, Glenndle, is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Mencast Holdings Ltd. Mr Sim is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning, operations and marketing of the Group. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Business Administration and later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware in the USA. Mr Sim also attended the Cast Metal Institute Inc. (USA) in 1996 and completed the certification curriculum in General Foundry Technology and Non-Ferrous Metals Technology. Mr Sim was appointed to the Board on 30 January 2008 and was appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Board on 9 October 2009.

Mr Timothy Sebastian joined A*STAR on 1st December 2004 and is currently the Group Director of Human Resource. Prior to this appointment, Mr Sebastian was the Deputy Executive Director of the A*STAR Graduate Academy.

Mr Sebastian started his career with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in 1987 where he held various roles culminating in his appointment as Regional Director for Europe.

Mr Sebastian has been involved in many national level policy review exercises, including the Competitiveness of Singapore Committee and Committee to Attract Talent to Singapore. He is currently a member of the Public Service's Organizational Excellence Committee (OEC).

For his contributions, Mr Sebastian was awarded the Public Administration Medal in 2004 and Long Service Medal in 2010 by the Government of Singapore.

Mr Sumeet Salwan is Vice President Human Resource, South East Asia & Australasia, which covers 11 countries in the region through 6 operating company Human Resource teams. He is the Human Resources Business Partner to Unilever's regional functions and is responsible for functional business partnering and capability building across Asia, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr Salwan is a graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi followed by an MBA in Human Resources from the Xaviers Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) in India.

Mr Salwan started his career with Unilever in India where he spent nearly 10 years. In his last job there, he led Human Resources for the Foods business. Thereafter, he has worked in Rotterdam, London and Singapore in various HR assignments with Regional and Global responsibilities.

Ms Supriti Bhandary heads Wipro's Asia-Pacific region Human resources function. She is also the Global head of Wipro's Workforce transition group.

Ms Bhandary has been with Wipro for the last sixteen years, and served in various roles which included providing leadership to the HR function for the Americas region of Wipro. Her specific interest and expertise is around change management and integration from mergers and acquisitions.

Ms Bhandary is a passionate champion of Wipro's initiatives around gender diversity (Women of Wipro). She also serves as the Chairperson of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee (PSHC) for Wipro Ltd and is a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.

Ms Bhandary holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
